Hi! I’m Jessinia (she/her) and am currently finishing my teacher training. I’ve been practicing yoga since I could walk, learning from my yoga teacher mom and expert arm-balancer dad. While managing chronic illness and anxiety, I started to deepen my home practice to get grounded. I had to get creative on my mat when I didn’t have the capacity to do asana (poses) as I once could. This led me to my passion to make yoga more accessible for any body at any time in their life. I am especially excited about bringing yoga to the LGBTQIA+ community and to folks who have never tried yoga before. Curious of the history and practice of yoga, I did my 200 hour yoga training at Sangha Yoga Studio in Seattle in 2019-2020. I am continually learning how to engage all eight limbs of yoga to become a better person.
