Jessinia’s classes are meant for all levels, all people, all bodies.
This slow flow practice is inspired by traditional Hatha and incorporates accessible poses and breath practice. Join class online via Zoom or in person on Mondays at 4:45 – 5:45 pm PT. Sign up 2 hours in advance on Sangha’s site through Mindbody. Masks are required in person.
I offer private classes to anyone on a sliding scale payment option. This option is an opportunity to depend your understanding of your own body and mind with personalized guidance from me. Currently, these can be done online via Zoom or outdoors in Seattle area.

Online classes are held via Zoom. There are no captions. I will demonstrate the poses and a Spotify playlist will be sent out ahead of time for listening if you choose. I recommend bringing props from around your home to the practice: blankets, books for blocks, pillows and towels can all be useful. Using the wall, a couch, or a chair for balance support can be useful during practices too.
Sangha Yoga is located at 8 Boston Street in Queen Anne, Seattle, WA. The studio (Suite 10) is on the second floor up a flight of stairs. There are curtained changing rooms in the lobby of the studio and gendered restrooms in the building. Mats and props (blankets, bolster, strap, blocks) are available free of charge and are sanitized between use. Chairs available upon request. Elevator and single occupancy restroom is available in the adjacent building. I do not do any hands-on assists. Masks are currently required.
